Profile of Training Manger – Mrs Renée Leitch
Formerly a qualified Speech and Drama teacher, Renée entered the world of vocational training approximately ten years ago. As a result, she has seen VET evolve from a fledgling idea to a recognised sector within industry.
Renée was involved in the development of policies and procedures for AQTF05 and since then has assisted several organisations to gain RTO status. Her clients range from Business, to Beauty and Electrical Engineering.
She has written training materials for several RTOs and is currently developing a series of TAA resources designed specifically for the indigenous community. This arose out of her desire to provide materials that would meet the needs of this specific client group.
